What does “FSBO” means?
FSBO is the short hand term “For Sale By Owner.” These are homeowners who want to sell their home without the use of Realtors or commission based agencies.
How do I add a listing?
You must be a member to add a listing. Once you have signed in with your username and password, you land in the member homepage. Click on “Add a Listing” link and you will be taken to the Product page so you can choose your package. Once you purchase your package, this will create a “Credit”. You are now ready to list your home. Remember, for each listing you want to place, you must purchase a package option for each! You can manage your listing (s) under your Customer Account.
How do I purchase one of your packages?
In order to purchase one of our affordable packages, you must become a member. Becoming a member is FREE. After the registration process you will be notified by email with your username and password. Login and you will be routed to the Member Area, click on the “Get Credit” link. This will route you to our Product page. Simply choose and purchase the plan that best fits your needs.
Can I purchase yard sign & virtual tour separately?
Yes, you may purchase other items separately. Just click on our Merchandise Store and choose the items you want in your shopping cart.

How do I add pictures to my listing?
Following these simple steps:
1. Once in the member area, Click on “add a picture”
2. Set Photo Order (i.e. 1= First Image, 2=Second Image, 3=Third, etc..)
3. Browse for image
4. Add optional captions to your image
5. Click upload
6. Repeat until you have reached your Maximum Photos Allowed

My package included a virtual tour, why don’t I see a link to my virtual tour?
Once you purchase a virtual tour, a Virtual Tour representative will be contacting you within 24-48 hours to schedule an appointment. Once the virtual tour representative has all the images ready and uploaded,
MyFSBOflorida™ will load this information and then you will see a link to your virtual tour.
I already have a virtual tour from a different vendor, can I still upload it when I buy one of your non-virtual tour package?
MyFSBOflorida™ understands that not all customers need the virtual tour option perhaps because you have purchased one already. That’s why we have made it feasible for you to still list with us even if you have a different virtual tour provider. You can upload your virtual tour link on the information page. Please allow 24 hours for your link to go live, as
MyFSBOflorida™ verifies it’s a valid virtual tour link .
Do I have to pay commissions when I sell my home?
No, you do not have to pay commission.
MyFSBOflorida™ is not a Real Estate Broker Agency. However, if a realtor or broker is part of this transaction, due commission is owed to them. That’s why its important for the homeowner to be on guard and decide if you would like to go through with negotiations involving real estate agents or discounted brokerage agencies.
How do I place my listing on the Featured home page?
Featured home page placement depends on which
MyFSBOflorida™ package you choose. The Blue Package includes one month free, The Orange Package includes three months free, and the Platinum Package is Until Sold.
I can’t view my home on the Featured listing?
Remember our feature listings are continuously reloaded to give equal time and chance for each home to appear. All featured home listings are handled by
MyFSBOflorida™ administration.
